Days Inn By Wyndham Dubuque

For a 4 star hotel everything was fine, I thoroughly enjoyed to be here. The location was good, very close to downtown, the hill and restaurants, stayed here during my trip. Large and brand-new units with towels provided, refrigerator, as example, and the staff were top-class!

Our updated room was complete with towels provided and refrigerator.

The hotel was placed within 9 miles of the airport. The breakfast had lots of outstanding food and drinks.

I liked the hotel. Comfy location and really helpful staff were a definite plus. Set close to expressway, which helped to explore Dubuque. The rooms were a nice size and air conditioned and had a microwave and a fridge.

The Days Inn By Wyndham Dubuque had a lovely lobby with comfortable seating areas, and it was very accessible for seniors. The staff were attentive and friendly.

Rooms need updating and better cleanliness.

The carpet in the room was so dirty my feet were black from walking barefoot!

I checked into the Days Inn in Dubuque and was surprised by the lack of cleanliness in my room. The bathroom had grime and mold, quite off-putting. The shower felt unstable. My neighbors were quite noisy. The front desk staff were friendly and made check-in a smooth process. I loved the location. It was very convenient to explore nearby attractions and restaurants. If the cleaning issues were addressed, my stay would have been much better.

We stayed here on a last minute trip. The rooms were clean and the staff was nice and helpful. This is an older establishment so the rooms reflect that with older furnishings. The rooms could use some updating but overall a pleasant stay for a good price.

They have a bar on the premises that doesn't charge typical hotel bar prices. Also had live music during both nights of our stay.

They REALLY messed up my Booked.net reservation. I made one reservation for two King rooms, the desk help claimed they received reservations from Booked.net for one king room and one room with two double beds. I entered a special request to please give us adjoining rooms if possible, and even corresponded with the hotel in this regard. The desk help would not even acknowledge receiving my request and said our rooms were nowhere near each other. They were at opposite ends of a three-building complex. In order to get connected rooms, we had to agree to two rooms with two double beds each. The only available rooms were smoking—not the hotel's fault because that was the case when I made my reservation—but one room was so bad, it smelled like someone had just put out their cigarette, and it never got better. The outdoor pool was cold and full of insects. The mattresses were worn out. One corner of one room had substantial mold growing on it. We did not get what we reserved via Booked.net and regardless of who is at fault for that, we are VERY disappointed with this experience.

It was great to chill by the pool, and the atmosphere is unique! Loved the comfortable beds and location for our family's getaway.

Next to hospital held opted flying in patients all night. Thought it was over my room.many guest take casino shuttle it ends at 1:30 am. From then till 2:30 extreamly noisy outside of room.

The facility had a couple picnic tables out in the grass that were nice to sit at and enjoy the outdoors instead of being in he room
